By sending the form to the Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California, I agree that:

    1. All of the information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

    2. I understand that may Basset Hounds in need of foster will be of unknown background and temperament and may have been exposed to kennel cough or other contagious diseases; therefore, I will keep my own dogs current on all vaccinations.

    3. I am financially and physically able to undertake the care of a Basset Hound and I understand I will be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses related to fostering.

    4. If the foster situation doesn't work out for any reason, I agree to return the dog to the Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California to be moved to another foster home or kennel.
