Spring Games T-Shirt Order Form

 Especially designed for this event by, Renee Bane.  A limited number will be produced, so order now to make sure there is one for you! Orders are being taken for pick up at the 11th Annual Basset Spring Games on Sunday May 18^th, 2008.

 For Spring Games orders email Renee Bane at renee@midsummerdaydreams.com Indicate size(s) and number(s) of shirts requested.  Payment can be made in advance via PayPal.  Otherwise, please bring payment to Spring Games.

 If shirts are not sold out, they will be available on our merchandise website after May 18th.  Price will be $20 or $22 plus $5.00 shipping.   You may also mail this order in with payment to:
